June – Men’s Mental Health Month

The aim of this month is to raise awareness about the unique mental health challenges that men face. It is important to recognize that mental health affects everyone, regardless of gender. However, men often face societal pressure to appear strong and self-reliant, which can make it difficult for them to seek help when they are struggling with mental health issues.
